Our most popular brands
The Online Market Intelligence (OMI) research agency has published the results of its nationwide “Russians' Favourite Brands” survey (conducted annually since 2008).
The principal objective of the ranking is to identify those brands towards which consumers characterise their attitude with the word “love”. In 2022, the survey was conducted in 13 cities with a population of 1 million or more. The questions on the survey form and in the interviews were open-ended, meaning participants did not select brands from a list provided by researchers, but instead named the brands they particularly love.
The rankings are compiled for various categories of consumer goods – more than 60 in total. Since 2013, Greenfield has invariably been voted the favourite brand in the Tea category. TESS and Princess Nuri are among the top ten favourite brands: for the second year running these brands took 4th and 6th place, respectively.
Both the Orimi Group's coffee brands feature among the favourite brands in the Coffee category: Jardin secured 5th place, up one place from last year, and Jockey remains firmly in 8th place.
